Rights of Data Subjects:
Clients and stakeholders mentioned in this Privacy Policy are entitled to the following rights:
1) The right to request access to their personal data and to rectify or delete it, or restrict its processing if there are valid grounds;
2) The right to object to the processing of their data;
3) The right to data portability;
4) The right to withdraw consent for data processing, if such consent was previously given;
5) The right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if their personal data is being processed improperly.
Clients and stakeholders may submit their requests to the representative authorized by the data controller, whose contact information is published on the data controller’s website. To ensure the data subject is exercising their rights, the data controller may request the data subject to provide identification or a copy of such identification or to submit requests with a qualified electronic signature.
Rights of Candidates Under Data Protection Legislation
You have the right to:
1) Request information on whether we hold your personal data, and if so, what data it is and why we are storing and/or using it.
2) Request corrections to any personal data we hold about you.
3) Request the deletion of personal data for which we have no lawful purpose for continued processing. You may also request the deletion of your personal data if you have objected to its processing.

7) Withdraw your consent. What Data Do We Collect?
1) First name, surname; national identification number; identity document details; date of birth; personal image (photo); place of residence (address); phone number(s); email address(es); medical insurance information; educational qualifications; and details of the service provided.
2) First name, last name, workplace and job responsibilities, phone number(s), email address(es), and bank account details of parents or representatives of minor clients.
3) Consent data for the travel of a child alone or accompanied; child’s birth certificate details; child’s health certificate information; and other health-related data specified in the service agreement.
Note: The exact list of data processed depends on the service provider and the type of services rendered, as specified in the service agreement.
